- •Trips starting within 7 days are non-refundable after the free-cancel window.
- •Refund requests must be at least 30 days before the trip starts.
- •Otherwise, host may retain up to 10% of trip price (max ₹200) for planning costs.
- •Platform & gateway fees (3% + GST) are refunded proportionally to the trip price refunded.
Example: cancel after the free window but before the deadline — up to ₹200 may be retained by the host from the trip price.
