JoinMyHost operates the JoinMyHost marketplace at https://joinmyhost.com. Registered address: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use JoinMyHost. Hosts must complete identity verification and any payout requirements before publishing trips, as described during onboarding.

JoinMyHost is a marketplace platform that connects hosts who offer group trips with travelers who wish to join them. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, JoinMyHost is not the trip organizer, transport operator, or accommodation provider. Hosts are responsible for delivering the trip experience described in their listing.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

Hosts must provide accurate trip information, including itinerary, inclusions, pricing, and cancellation terms shown on the listing. Joiners should review all details before paying.

• A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds according to the checkout flow shown at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation and refund outcomes follow the policy displayed for that trip and applicable law.
• JoinMyHost may cancel or refuse bookings in cases of fraud, policy violations, safety concerns, or operational errors.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Joiners pay through JoinMyHost’s checkout, which may include taxes, platform fees, and payment processing costs as displayed before payment. Host payouts are subject to verification, successful trip completion rules, and any commission or retention terms agreed during trip creation.

You agree not to misuse JoinMyHost. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Sharing contact details, payment links, or arranging off-platform payments to circumvent platform protections.
• Posting false, misleading, or illegal trip listings or reviews.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant JoinMyHost a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote that content as needed to operate the platform. You represent that you have the rights to the photos, text, and other materials you upload.

In-app messaging must stay on JoinMyHost until booking protections apply. We may filter or block messages that violate our policies. See our Privacy Policy for how messages are handled.

JoinMyHost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Travel involves inherent risks; hosts and joiners participate at their own responsibility subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinMyHost and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to JoinMyHost in the twelve months before the claim or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoinMyHost from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your listings, your trips, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to JoinMyHost at any time for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may grant you rights in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
